The Board of Education encourages all individuals to participate in our work sessions and meetings by submitting comments. In order to recognize staff or community members who wish to speak to the Board, we ask that you fill out this form and submit it to us prior to the start of the next meeting.
The Board requests your cooperation in resolving issues or concerns by asking you to follow the chain of command and consult with appropriate school district personnel prior to discussing the issue with the Board. Doing so will usually result in a more timely solution.
Please, try to limit your comments to no more than a page. Public comments and observations regarding non-agenda items that fall within the responsibilities of the Board may be heard at this time. Although Board members may provide a short response, the Board is not able to discuss matters not listed on the agenda. Comments regarding matters under litigation will not be allowed. Thank you.
