Geraldine Herrod, also known as Gerrie Herrod, is originally from Burnham, New Mexico and Lukachukai, Arizona. She currently lives in Farmington, New Mexico with her husband of 30+ years and their children, who are all in college. Gerrie Herrod has extensive experience in teaching elementary and middle school. She has been an instructional coach for the Bureau of Indian Education and Federal Grants schools and has been an elementary school and high school principal for Central Consolidated School District. Aside from dedicating her career in education, she also worked as an independent educational consultant supporting Indian schools across the United States, schools in New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, Colorado, Washington State, Idaho, California, Florida, Maine, and Navajo Nation Grant schools. She was also a member of the Federal Review Team out of Albuquerque, NM supporting the Secretary of Education’s initiative for tribally operated schools across the nation. At CCSD, Mrs. Herrod works in the Curriculum & Instruction Department as an Elementary Coordinator. Gerrie is an alumnus of Farmington High School, Haskell United Nations University (Haskell Junior College), Fort Lewis College, University of New Mexico, and the University of Northern Colorado. She holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership for Principalship, Superintendent, and Special Education Director. Gerrie’s heart and passion is empowering others in education (teachers, administrators, support staff, and colleagues) to be the best they can be for the children we serve.
Hello! I'm Ann Kluth-Clark, the State and Federal Program Coordinator for Curriculum and Instruction. In this role, I focus on providing guidance and support for our district’s curriculum initiatives across all CCSD schools. I work collaboratively with educators to ensure that instructional practices align with state and federal standards, and I facilitate professional development opportunities to enhance teaching strategies.
With 31 years of experience in education, I have served in various capacities, including teacher, assistant principal, principal, director, and coordinator. I believe that every student deserves a high-quality education, and it is our collective mission to make that a reality. As we move through this academic year, I’m dedicated to fostering collaboration and flexibility within our team to effectively support and empower all our students.
Roxanne R. Lee is a dynamic individual whose life is a testament to the power of education, leadership, and horsemanship. With a passion for lifelong learning, Roxanne has dedicated her career to empowering others through knowledge and self-reflection. She holds a Masters Degree in Education with an emphasis in Curriculum and Instruction from Arizona State University. She has spent over two decades mentoring students and educators alike, fostering environments where curiosity and innovation thrive.
Leadership is the cornerstone of Roxanne's journey. She has held numerous leadership positions in her community of Upper Fruitland, NM as a 4H Organizational Leader, a Navajo Nation Grazing Committee Representative, in addition to serving in the educational administrative field for over 20 years. From spearheading community initiatives to leading professional development workshops, Roxanne’s leadership style is inclusive and empowering, always aiming to bring out the best in those around her. Her natural ability to inspire and guide others has earned her recognition as a transformative leader who advocates for positive change and sustainable growth in the community, on the Navajo Nation, and in the local school district of CCSD.
Beyond the office and classroom, Roxanne's heart lies with horses. An accomplished rodeo competitor and horsewoman, she believes that horsemanship teaches invaluable lessons in patience, resilience, and empathy. Roxanne has competed at the INFR in both ladies barrel racing and breakaway roping events. Her dedication to the sport showcases her competitive spirit and her deep connection with her equine partners.

Kate Morris has taught for 16 years in Elementary and Secondary Education in Louisiana, New Mexico, and Arizona. She graduated from Louisiana State University Baton Rouge, Louisiana with a Bachelor of History with Secondary Education Concentration. Kate has a background in both gifted education and special education. She received her Masters of Education in Gifted Education from Arizona State University in 2019. Kate is the Gifted Instructional Coach for Central Consolidated School District in northwest New Mexico & Navajo Nation. Kate is New Mexico's CES/Technical Assistance Program Gifted Consultant presenting monthly professional development for gifted teachers & administrators and writes a monthly gifted newsletter "Dear Ms. M: Gifted Questions Answers."
