Naschitti, NM — Elvira Bitsoi, an experienced educator with two decades of combined experience in education and administration, has officially joined the staff at Naschitti Elementary School as part of the Central Consolidated School District (CCSD). On her first day at the school, Bitsoi expressed enthusiasm about the warm welcome she received and her excitement about the opportunities ahead.

"I enjoyed my first day of work with CCSD at Naschitti Elementary," Bitsoi said. "The staff were welcoming and excited to see me, and I am truly looking forward to the many wonderful opportunities to learn and grow alongside the children, staff, and parents at Naschitti."

Bitsoi brings with her over 20 years of experience in both educational leadership and classroom teaching, and she is committed to creating an environment where both students and staff can flourish. Her passion for fostering a positive and supportive learning atmosphere is evident in her early interactions with the school community.

“I am excited to work together with the talented team at Naschitti to continue fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and growth,” she added. “My goal is to ensure that every child has the tools and support they need to succeed.”

As an administrator, Bitsoi is dedicated to building strong partnerships with teachers, families, and the wider community. Her leadership will be instrumental in driving the school’s mission of providing a high-quality education that meets the unique needs of each student.
