Central Consolidated School District Announces Opening of Newly Renovated Public Track

Central Consolidated School District is pleased to announce the opening of the newly renovated public track behind the administration building. The district extends a huge thank you to the Operations department and contractors for their fantastic job renovating the track.

The new track features recycled football turf and new solar lights, which were installed after being requested by frequent track users. The district is happy to have these lights installed for the public to feel more safe and enjoy a walk or a run during the morning or evening hours.

We have several other projects finishing up, and we will communicate more of these operations in the next few weeks. We appreciate your patience during the renovation process and are excited to offer a fully updated and improved space for everyone to enjoy.

The district would like to remind the public that the new field is a trash and dog-free area. They kindly ask that people refrain from bringing dogs or littering in the space.
