Central Consolidated School District, Ojo Amarillo Elementary, and Kirtland Middle School have partnered with Marzano Research to collect information from school staff and the community to inform our Community Schools initiative. One of the data collection activities is a community survey. The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

Your participation in the survey will provide our school and district with data to inform the development of the Community Schools strategic plan and the application for the Community Schools implementation grant. Please make your voice heard! We want to know your thoughts and ideas for how we can strengthen our community school model to better serve our entire community.

The survey will close on November 7.
