All CCSD employees can now access their benefits information through the New Mexico Public School Insurance Authority (NMPSIA) portal to make any of the following changes:
1. Change Basic Info (Phone, Email, Mailing Address)
Changes to phone, email, and mailing address contact information will be accepted through the Employee Login Online Benefits Enrollment system by the employee only. The employee is required to report and complete these changes timely and prior to the 1st of the month following the employee's basic information has changed.
2, Change Beneficiary (Add or Change Primary and/or Secondary beneficiary)
All employee beneficiary updates will only be accepted through the Employee Login Online Benefits Enrollment system by the employee . The employee is required to report and complete these changes timely and prior to the 1st of the month following date the employee decides to update beneficiary information.
3. October 1, 2024 to November 15, 2024 - Annual Open/Switch Enrollment (Add/Switch Medical, Dental, and/or Vision Coverage)
All employee Open/Switch enrollment changes to add or switch medical, dental and/or vision coverage will be accepted during the annual established Open/Switch enrollment period Oct 1 - Nov 15, 2024 through the Employee Login Online Benefits Enrollment system by the employee. The employee is required to report and complete these changes timely and prior to the designated last day of the open/switch enrollment changes. Assistance will be available. More details will be sent out in September 2024.
