New Student Enrollment

Required Documentation

To begin registration, per state law, Central Consolidated School District requires specific documentation in order to register a child with our school district.

Kindergartners must be 5 years old by August 31, 2024.

4Y Preschoolers must be 4 years old by August 31, 2024.

3Y Preschoolers must be 3 years old by August 31, 2024.

Submit Required Documents

Up-To-Date Immunization Records
Original Birth Certificate
Legal Documents (Guardianship, Name Change, Court Orders, etc.)
Proof of Residency
Parent/Guardian’s Valid Picture ID
Certificate of Indian Blood (Native American Students)
Transcripts/Report Cards (if available)

On-Line Registration site opens July 22, 2024.
