Vaccines Available

It is recommended that everyone 6 months and older get vaccinated for both flu and COVID this winter season. Shiprock Service Unit has updated flu and COVID vaccines available for patients 6 months and older. Families can get the important protection of both vaccines in several ways:

  • During your regular clinic visit.
  • At the NNMC Vaccine Clinic next to the pharmacy – 7 days a week, from 7 AM to 7 PM.
COVID vaccines this winter are simpler than they used to be. People don't need to worry about how many COVID vaccines or boosters they’ve had before – everyone six months and older needs ONE FLU vaccine and ONE COVID vaccine for this fall and winter season.

Adults ages 60 and older with chronic health conditions are at the highest risk for severe illness from RSV, and are eligible for the new RSV vaccine, which is available at regular clinic visits, and at our community events.
